Sheila Wolfe Obituary

Sheila Lynette Wolfe was born on June 23, 1953 in Bordeaux, France. She was the youngest of four children born to the late Hattie Washington and Charles Washington. Her father Charles Washington served in the military which required frequent relocations for him and his family. The family’s final relocation was to Philadelphia in 1965.

Sheila graduated from Germantown High School on June 22, 1971 and went on to attend Howard University for two years for business management and later continued her education at a vocational training school in Philadelphia for computer systems.

Sheila was a Pentecostal Christian and instilled her Christian values to her children. She relocated to Delaware in 1995 to provide a better life for her children. Besides spending time with family and friends, Sheila enjoyed soul line dancing, bowling, solving puzzles and playing board games in her free time.

After a short period of illness, Sheila Lynette Wolfe transitioned peacefully on December 13, 2021.

She leaves a legacy of love to her three children Crystal, Silas and Brandon Wolfe, grandchildren Kyle and Jasmine Boggus, sister Wanda Washington, nephew Keith Washington, niece Courtney Washington and her close friends.
