Shannon S. Giles

Shannon S. Giles was born July 14, 1995 to Patricia Giles and Reginald Giles Sr. in her hometown of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Shannon is the youngest of 5 children: brothers, Khalif Edwards and Reginald “Chad” Giles Jr. and sisters, Regina Giles and Rasheeka Giles.

Shannon attended the Philadelphia school district for high school and went on to successfully complete several classes at the Community College of Philadelphia. She was a “jack of all trades” including her most recent job as a bartender and finding her passion as an entrepreneur in the body waxing industry.

On March 20, 2022 Shannon received her greatest blessing, her son Kendal Jarell Ellis.  During this very brief time Shannon was a devoted and caring mother. She loved Kendal with all her heart.

Shannon, also known affectionately as Molly, was always willing to lend a helping hand. She had a heart of gold and expressed her love to all the people she cared for in her own unique ways.

Shannon leaves to cherish her memory: son, Kendal; mother, Patricia; father, Reginald; brothers, sisters, three nephews, one niece, aunts, uncles, god-children, and a host of relatives and friends.

May she “Forever Be in Our Hearts”.
