Obituary
Rosa Lee Watts blessed this world on April 4, 1943.
She was the second child born to William Arthur Watts and Joereatha Jackson Watts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Rosa received her primary education through the Philadelphia Public School System where she attended Kensington High School for Girls. She then went on to graduate from Berean Institute and would later become a successful accountant.
Through all her recognitions and achievements Rosa’s greatest pride and joy was her family. To all of us she was a loving sister, a phenomenal aunt, and a devoted friend. Rosa was best known for her caring nature and famous brownies. Her peaceful, youthful presence was always on full display.
Rosa Lee Watts departed this life on September 24, 2022. She was preceded by her: mother, Joereatha; father, William; brother, Willie Frank Watts; sister, Eleanor; brother-in-law, Ed Brown. She leaves cherished memories to: two sisters, Melva Brown and Elaine Harvey; nephews, Omar B. Harvey and Brian R. Harvey; as well as her great nephews and niece, Darius B. Harvey-Liggett, Ambur K. Harvey-Liggett and Davin Barnett.
We will miss you!
