Arthur Carroll

Arthur R. Carroll was born on March 11, 1969 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Arthur Randolph and Naomi Carroll.

Arthur was lovingly known as Reggie by his family.

Reggie attended the Philadelphia public school system and received his diploma from Dobbins High School. He went to work in collections at NCO which he worked and later became a supervisor for many years. He was loved and respected by all his coworkers. 

He later developed MS but had a love for life that never slowed him down despite his disability. He loved going to the casinos and having fun. He would laugh and could make a funny joke or funny comment about anything. He loved his mom's home cooked meals and loved being around his family. 

Reggie was a kind hearted and loving man. He was a brother, father, uncle, son and wonderful dad.  Those who knew him just a little lost a shining light in their lives.

Our hearts ache in sadness and our tears still flow. What it meant to lose him no one will ever know.

Arthur departed this life on Friday, January 15, 2021. He was preceded in death by his father Arthur Randolph Carroll and brother David Ryan Carroll. Reggie leaves to cherish his memories: his mother, Naomi; his sisters, Joyce, Alesia, and Jeanie; his children, Adrian and Michelea; his nieces, Jasmine, Shae, Jessica; nephews, Brian and Caiden; his girlfriend, Luciana Peralta, whom he met at the Prestige Day Center; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his father Arthur Randolph Carroll and brother David Ryan Carroll.

Reggie will be missed everyday by his family and friends.
